Stephanie Waterman is the K-5 Assistant Principal at IACS. With close to 20 years in education, Stephanie's journey began as a part-time kindergarten paraprofessional. She then transitioned to running the front office of an elementary school, before returning to school herself, and landing a position as a third-grade teacher. Over the years, she has taught in three states, serving in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher (TK-3rd grade), intervention teacher,Instructional Coach, and now Administrator. Although Stephanie currently lives with her husband and their fur babies, she is also a proud mother of two grown sons and a daughter-in-law who live out of state. In her free time, she enjoys dabbling in interior design, shopping, catching up with friends, and traveling internationally as well as exploring our country’s amazing National Parks.
